Another day, another festival reveals their official lineup. This time around, the CRSSD Festival in San Diego introduced its 2020 lineup for the first time. It includes some big names, some that are currently bringing it in the EDM game, and some that are emerging. It looks like it’s going to be an exciting edition next year. When you hold your music festival in a music park, it’s already exciting. While the CRSSD Festival has its fair share of incredible headliners, it stands out mostly for its exciting waterpark fun. For years now, they’ve held it in San Diego’s famous Waterpark Front. Amidst the adrenaline-pumping slides and huge sprinklers, they’ve set up a first-class soundstage that pumps out some of the best EDM today. And with the lineup they just revealed, their upcoming 2020  will definitely be no different. Part of their list of headliners for next year includes the legendary Carl Cox, the amazing Charlotte de Witte, Dax J, Radio Slave, and more!

Unquestionably, fans most anticipate Carl Cox for CRSSD Festival 2020. Even now, the British house and techno icon has booked gigs in some of the biggest festivals next year. Apart from the CRSSD Festival, he will also headline Ultra Music Festival, Junction 2, and many more. In fact, he will even bring back is beloved Megastructure at Ultra Miami, just in time for the festival’s return to Bayfront Park. He will also start the year big with his own New Year’s Eve rave in Hawaii. “Hawaii in 1999-2000 was absolutely amazing for me and I cannot wait to be back for New Year’s Eve! I promise not to stay away so long in the future,” he shared.  As for fans of Charlotte de Witte, they’re hoping that since the CRSSD Festival is a few months away, she will actually appear for her gig this time. Late last month, the Belgian DJ unexpectedly canceled her gig at Glasgow’s SGW3 due to health reasons. Though most fans were understanding, a lot left disappointed that they weren’t going to see their favorite producer play live. More especially since she just canceled on the day of the gig itself. But alongside her announcement, de Witte also announced a new date for her SGW3 gig. According to her social media post, she will return to Glasgow on February 28, 2020.

Dax J, on the other hand, will take over one of the festival’s stages, ‘City Steps.’ Though this British DJ is relatively new, his recent gigs in various EDM events have proven that he can step it up on stage. Last July, alongside a bevy of big-name producers, Dax J headlined Tomorrowland, one of the industry’s biggest festivals. And it wasn’t just an ordinary edition, the Belgian festival also celebrated its 15th-anniversary this year. With his success, especially standing out amidst a lineup of EDM heavyweights, he solidified his status as a DJ-to-watch in the game today.  San Diego’s CRSSD Festival will run from March 7 to 8, 2020. Stay tuned on this space for more updates!
