It’s not even October 31st yet but celebrities are already showing us how it’s done! This past weekend saw a flurry of A-list stars step out and go all out for Halloween 2019. From flashback Fridays to pop culture icons, this year saw one of the more creative and dazzling pre-Halloween weekends in Hollywood.

Here were some that definitely got people talking.

Jessica Biel and Justin Timberlake as N’Sync

After throwing some major shade to her husband during her interview with Jimmy Fallon on “The Tonight Show,” Jessica Biel had some major making-up to do. And what better way than to dress up like her husband for some Pre-Halloween fun? Biel dressed up as her husband, Justin Timberlake, sporting his iconic carrot-colored curls, blue-tinted shades, and metallic dark teal jumpsuit. “This is what happens when you admit on TV that you don’t know any NSYNC songs and you’re married to @justintimberlake. Well played, husband, well played,” the actress shared in an Instagram post. Her friends came as the other members while Timberlake dressed up as a huge microphone.

Nina Dobrev as Billie Eilish

I’m the bad guy

Former “Vampire Diaries” star Nina Dobrev was, perhaps had one of the most fun costumes: Billie Eilish. Though she’s personally known for her sexy and feminine style, the actress perfectly encapsulated the singer’s tomboy grungey style. With a bright orange Louis Vuitton-monogrammed men’s sweater, similarly-hued basketball shorts, and chain necklaces, Dobrev seamlessly transformed into the “bad guy” pop star. She tinted her roots with bright green dye—now that’s dedication! But perhaps the icing on the cake was her black face paint, made to look like tears, to evoke Eilish’s droopy exterior. “I’m the bad guy,” she shared on Instagram.

Halsey as Marilyn Manson

Speaking of celebrities dressing up as other celebrities, Halsey was pretty noteworthy as Marilyn Manson too. The “Clementine” singer looked borderline unrecognizable as the goth icon, her face contoured to bring her cheekbones further out. Her blue eye makeup allowed her to almost-accurately reproduce Manson’s characteristic eye features. And her flaming red wig and skin-tight white bodysuit harken back to the singer’s Glam era. But perhaps what made more social media news was Halsey’s surprise performance with Avril Lavigne, herself dressed as Madonna from the 80s. They performed the latter’s 2007 hit, “Girlfriend” together live to a cheering audience in LA.

Demi Lovato as Marie Antoinette

Demi Lovato, on the other hand, had a historical figure in mind for this year’s Halloween. Sporting a poufy blonde wig and layers upon layers of powder on her face, the singer went as Marie Antoinette. A sexy version, at that! This queen didn’t serve crinoline but rather showed off her natural charms by way of a tight corset and a mini ruffled lace skirt. With her white fishnet stockings, this was a naughtier, more modern, yet royal mischievous take on the historic queen. And that golden bustier? It highlighted her God-given goods in a rather sophisticated yet still sexy manner.

Ashley Graham as Jessica Rabbit

Activist and model Ashely Graham donned a favorite that many celebrities have dressed up as before: Jessica Rabbit. But hers was far from textbook. Sure, she sported the red wig, the sequined dress, and the bombshell beauty. But what she also brought to the scene was her growing baby bump. The body-positivity advocate showed off her pregnancy with a costume usually reserved for sexy and erotic women. And while she still looked sexy, she more notable looked confident with her pregnancy. Now that’s how you do ‘Jessica Rabbit’ this 2019!
